Future Site of Redwood Creek Homes
The Company acquired this site in December of 2023. The site is 55+ acres located at 262 Redwood Rd in Rock Hill, SC where we will develop and build a residential single family home subdivision with 65 homesites. Development expected to start in June of this year.
Mason Manor Homes
The Company has recently acquired this site for the building of 9 Luxury Homes in the growing city of Morrisville, NC. Less than a mile from the Raleigh airport and also within a mile of the proposed Apple RTP campus and engineering Hub. Construction is set to begin in May of this year.
